It’s hard to believe that only a decade ago no one had even heard of an e-cigarette. Today, vaping has become a global phenomenon and a multi-billion dollar industry, so it should be no surprise that vaping conventions are popping up across the planet.
Upcoming Vaping Conventions in 2016
From the US to the UK, there are several vaping conventions lined up across the globe for 2016, including the upcoming VCCT16 convention in Florida this March, which White Cloud will be attending. Germany, China and Poland also have some great vaping conventions lined up for this year. If you’re new to the vaping convention circuit, keep reading for an overview of what you’ve been missing.
What Happens at a Vaping Convention?
Vaping conventions allow consumers to learn about e-cigs from industry professionals. They also give e-cig makers and advocates a chance to share ideas and figure out how to work together in everyone’s collective interest. Most importantly, conventions help foster a sense of community among vapers so we can all be good ambassadors for e-cigs. Companies and organizations often set up information booths and give away free samples of their products. Some events also feature entertainment and social gatherings. You can usually get great deals on the newest e-liquid flavors and vaping gadgets at conventions, so bring plenty of cash.
Join White Cloud at VCCT16
If you happen to be in Tampa during mid-March, don’t miss the VCCT16 convention at the Florida State Fairgrounds on March 12th and 13th. This annual event was created by the Vaping Convention Circuit for e-cig enthusiasts eager to learn about the newest vaping products and trends. White Cloud will be making a presence at the event and may even have samples of the new Fling Wide Minis available to try, so be sure to look for us and say hello! We’ll be joined by dozens of other vendors and tobacco-harm-reduction advocacy groups, such as CASAA, as well as prominent vaping personalities like Dimitris Agrafiotis, Ruby Roo, and the Plumes of Hazard.
The convention is free and open to anyone 18 or older. If you can’t come, do not fret; White Cloud will be live-streaming the industry/advocacy panel taking place on March 12th from 5-6 pm EST, so be sure to keep an eye on White Cloud’s social media channels for a link to view the streaming.
